FIELD NOTES / HOW TO PLAY

Let the clouds do the carving.

Your commission card shows a finished crystal. Each specimen grows through three clouds, and their order matters.

  1. Choose Dry air, Soft snow or Heavy frost.
  2. Press Grow. Watch 220 simulation steps leave their mark.
  3. Compare your ice with the gold target. Undo and try another cloud, or ask for a hint.

After cloud three, a 92% match earns a specimen. A perfect recipe earns three stars; two stars allow small variations. Hints are always free.
